Studio Ghibli is a Japanese animation studio which was founded on 15 June 1985, by the directors Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata and producer Toshio Suzuki. Their work has been well received by audiences and recognized with numerous awards. Their mascot and most recognizable symbol, the character Totoro from the 1988 film My Neighbor Totoro. Among the studio's highest-grossing films are Princess Mononoke (1997), Spirited Away (2001), Howl's Moving Castle (2004), Ponyo (2008), and The Boy and the Heron (2023). Spirited Away won the 2002 Golden Bear and the 2003 Academy Award for Best Animated Feature.

The Czech Philharmonic is a symphony orchestra based in Prague. The orchestra played its first concert under its current name on 4 January 1896 when Antonín Dvořák conducted his own compositions. In 1908, Gustav Mahler led the orchestra in the world premiere of his Symphony No. 7. The orchestra became internationally known during the principal conductorship of Václav Talich (1919–1931 and 1933–1941). Subsequent the Czech Philharmonic was lead by various world-renowned chief conductors such as Rafael Kubelík, Karel Ančerl, Václav Neumann, Jiří Bělohlávek, Vladimir Ashkenazy and Eliahu Inbal.
