Eyvind Alnæs (29 April 1872 – 24 December 1932) was a Norwegian composer, pianist and organist. He studied at the Music and Organist School in Oslo, then in Leipzig with Carl Reinecke, and in Berlin with Julius Ruthardt. Alnæs was organist at Bragernes Church, Uranienborg Church and Oslo Cathedral between 1895 and 1932. He co-founded the Norwegian Composers' Union in 1917 and was its chairman from 1921 to 1923. Alnæs wrote music in a late Romantic style. His compositions include two symphonies, a piano concerto, symphonic variations, piano pieces, organ chorale preludes, choral works and art songs

Norwegian mezzo-soprano Ann-Beth Solvang studied in Stavanger and Oslo before joining the Staatsoper Hamburg. She has performed at major venues including the Zurich Opera, Paris Opéra, Bavarian State Opera and Norwegian National Opera. Known for both opera and concert work, she appears regularly at European festivals and co-founded the innovative ensemble Fjosopera. Solvang has collaborated with leading conductors like Lawrence Foster, Andrew Manze, Kent Nagano and François-Xavier Roth. Her recordings include works by Pergolesi, Telemann, and Norwegian composer Eyvind Alnæs.

Erling R. Eriksen (born 1955) is a Norwegian pianist. He studied at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hannover and the Hochschule für Musik in Munich, where he received his Master degree in 1981. Renowned as an accompanist, he has collaborated with leading vocalists including Elizabeth Norberg-Schulz and Barry Banks. Eriksen teaches piano at the University of Stavanger and gives masterclasses across Europe and Asia. His recordings include a CD of Bach's Das Wohltemperierte Klavier, as well as art songs by Eyvind Alnæs, Edvard Grieg and Christian Sinding with soprano Bodil Arnesen.
