Stefano Zanchetta studied violin with Sirio Piovesan at the Venice Conservatory, then chamber music with Sandor Vegh and Antonio Janigro at the Mozarteum in Salzburg. Alongside his violin teaching, he has an extensive concert activity that leads him to perform all over the world and in the most prestigious halls and theaters in Japan, Australia, China, South America, the United States, New Zealand and throughout Europe and the Middle East. Zanchetta has made numerous recordings for the Erato companies together with Claudio Scimone and the Solisti Veneti, as well as for Decca, cpo, Divox, Denon, among others.
